This handy device contains three 10 µF capacitors in a 'Wye' configuration. Provides 10 µF capacitance from each line to neutral.

Insulation resistance: At rated voltage or less for a period of two minutes, the insulation resistance will exceed 2500 MΩ @ 25° C line to neutral. However, insulation resistance in excess of 500 kΩ cannot be measured due to the bleeder resistors built into the units.
Bleeder resistor: Line to neutral internal bleeder resistors of 500 kΩ included
Life test: Will withstand the application of 600 VDC @ 85° C for 250 hours
